TAUS Platform Terms of Use

By using the TAUS platform, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Registration is required to use certain platform features:

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Do not share your login details with third parties.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One user may have only one account.

When posting listings you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle or service.
• Not post prohibited content (fraudulent listings, fake documents).
• Comply with the legislation of Georgia when selling or buying.
• Update or remove outdated listings in a timely manner.

TAUS offers paid digital services to promote listings: the START, TURBO and ROCKET packages increase a listing's visibility in the catalog and search, and "Boost" refreshes its position. The services are digital and activate immediately after payment. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page (taus.ge/pricing); the final amount is always displayed before you confirm payment. The settlement currency is the Georgian lari (₾).

Paid services are digital and are rendered immediately. When purchasing a service, you give explicit consent to its immediate performance and confirm that, once activated, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts (Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", Art. 14(2)(a)); the distance-contract requirements do not apply to services under GEL 30 (Art. 10(3)). Services already rendered are non-refundable, except in the case of a platform technical error (a service was paid for but not actually delivered) or a mistaken double charge. Send refund requests to info@taus.ge with the date, amount and payment identifier; review takes up to 10 business days. Before confirming payment you may cancel the purchase simply by leaving the payment screen.

The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for temporary failures or data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the legislation of Georgia. Disputes not resolved through negotiation are heard by the courts of Georgia. As a consumer, you have the right to seek protection of your rights from the National Competition Agency of Georgia (competition.ge).

TAUS reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notifications or email.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new version of the terms.
