1Services and their delivery
All TAUS paid services are digital and relate to features of the platform itself. They are provided electronically, automatically and instantly after successful payment:
- Listing promotion (START / TURBO / ROCKET) — activated immediately after payment.
- Listing bump — the position is refreshed immediately.
- Additional sale listing — available for publishing immediately.
- Balance top-up — credited to your account immediately.
No physical delivery takes place. Payment confirmation is shown on screen, and the operation is recorded in your wallet history (the Wallet page).
2Consent to immediate provision
By paying for a service you give your explicit consent to its immediate provision and acknowledge that once the service is activated you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance contracts. This complies with the Law of Georgia “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”: Art. 13 (right of withdrawal), Art. 14(2)(a) (exception for fully performed services started with the consumer's prior consent) and Art. 10(3) (distance-contract requirements do not apply to services priced under 30 GEL).
3Refunds
Services and top-ups priced at GEL 30 or less are non-refundable — the distance-contract rules do not apply to them (Art. 10(3) of the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights"). This covers most operations: bumps, inexpensive promotions, small top-ups.
For purchases above GEL 30 a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal applies from the moment of purchase: for a promotion, the cost of the unused days is refunded (the used period is priced at the tariff for the actual period used) — credited to your wallet balance; an unspent top-up is refunded to your card minus the bank's payment processing fee. After 14 days no refunds are made. If a listing is sold or deleted before its promotion ends, the unused remainder may be transferred once, in full, to another of your listings within 30 days (request at info@taus.ge); a remainder not transferred is cancelled. The wallet balance is intended solely for paying for Platform services and cannot be withdrawn as cash; when deleting your account, request the unspent balance before deletion — afterwards it is cancelled.
Exceptional cases in which funds are refunded:
- a technical error of the platform due to which a paid service was not provided;
- a double or erroneous charge;
- other cases where a refund is directly required by the legislation of Georgia.
4How to request a refund
- 1Write to info@taus.ge stating the date, the amount and the operation code (you can copy the code in your wallet history by expanding the operation).
- 2Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
- 3An approved refund is made to the same card that was used for the payment, via the Bank of Georgia payment gateway.
5Cancellation
Before confirming the payment you can simply close the payment screen — no money will be charged. After the payment is confirmed and the service is activated, the service is considered provided and cannot be cancelled.
