Frequently asked questions

Core TAUS features (Garage, car search, viewing listings) are free. Listing for private sellers is also free. Paid promotion plans are already available on the Pricing page (/pricing) — they boost your listing in search results.

It's your personal space for your vehicles. It shows your cars and service history from completed bookings (car wash, repair, etc.) — history is built automatically after visits to TAUS partners.

On the home page, use the services section and pick a category (e.g. car wash, repair, detailing). Open a service card and click "Book online". Or open the service page and click "Book online" — choose date, time and confirm.

When you add a car you can enter its VIN — it is shown on the listing so buyers can check it. Extended verification (accidents, mileage, legal status) may be added in future and will be marked on the listing.

On the login page click "Forgot password?" — the reset form will open. Enter your email and we'll send instructions there. If the email doesn't arrive, check Spam or contact support (Contacts).
